How I Work With My Clients

In this first conversation, I will ask you a few questions about why you are seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve. This is also your opportunity to ask questions. The goal is to discover if we are the right fit. If we agree, we’ll schedule our first appointment.

Free 15-minute Consultation

This session will consist of a more detailed assessment that will allow me to create a personalized, goal-driven plan for therapy. We will set clear expectations for desired outcomes. We will decide together how we will measure progress toward change.

First Session

Subsequent sessions will focus on assessing your strengths and supports. The goal is to do more of what works and is successful, while building a repertoire of robust tools & strategies for overcoming challenges and moving toward achieving your goals.

How much does therapy cost?

Every practice reserves the right to set their own cost for care. In an attempt to make my services more accessible, my cost per 1-hour session is $150. I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments depending on need and availability.
